About you

 

You will have a number of years of experience in dealing with clients, working with them to increase their revenue and profitability via performance marketing. You will be able to hold conversations with key stakeholders regarding business goals, growth, and opportunities. You will be able to demonstrate your ability to have built and retained relationships as well as campaign results. You are growth-minded so you don’t settle even when things are going well and you’re not afraid to push back and question decisions and ideas.

You’re growth-minded and creative with a number of years consulting clients on paid media strategy and business growth. You’re not satisfied with the processed agency model and are looking to accelerate your career in paid media surrounded by a like-minded team.

 

You’ll have:

 

    • Experience working in a digital marketing agency or similar role
    • Excellent interpersonal skills, understanding the importance that direct communication has on your role
    • A growth mindset, always striving for excellence in your delivery
    • An understanding of machine learning and it’s impact on the digital marketing landscape
    • Expertise in Google’s Smart Bidding strategies and how to align them with business goals
    • In-depth knowledge of conversion tracking across multi-channel paid media
    • Your own ideas on best practice principles and the future of the digital marketing agency industry

It would be a bonus if:

 

    • Knowledge of wider marketing channels such as organic search, email, offline
    • An understanding of CRO or UX
    • Creative skills such as Photoshop or Illustrator

The salary range for this role is £30,000 – £38,000 dependent on experience.
