About the role

This role is to work with businesses who want to facilitate rapid growth via performance marketing. You will take a business goals-first approach to campaign strategy, implementation and reporting on insights. This role is all about finding opportunities and working with your clients to take them quickly and efficiently to lead to conducive business growth. You will be the primary point of contact for your clients and will manage the relationship as well as the performance of campaign activity to ensure it hits or exceeds KPIs.

Typical activities


  • Creating business goals-first strategy and implementing paid media activity across multiple channels
  • Holding client meetings, owning communication and relationships for key accounts
  • Forecasting, creating run rates and measuring performance against KPIs
  • Looking at client expansion opportunities including new markets, new product/service areas, exploring new channels and more
  • Troubleshooting and optimising campaigns to ensure targets are hit
  • Measuring performance against KPIs
  • Making recommendations on landing pages and value proposition to increase conversion rates
  • Highlighting ways to increase brand affiliation

About you

You will have a number of years experience in dealing with clients, working with them to increase their revenue and profitability via performance marketing. You will be able to hold conversations with key stakeholders regarding business goals, growth and opportunities. You will be able to demonstrate your ability to have built and retained relationships as well as campaign results. You are growth minded so you don’t settle even when things are going well and you’re not afraid to push-back and question decisions and ideas.

We’re looking for someone with the following:


  • 3+ years of experience in performance marketing
  • In-depth knowledge of paid search or paid social
  • Demonstrable business acumen 
  • The ability to create strategy in-line with business goals 
  • Critical analysis of performance data with curiosity to figure out ‘the why’ behind both positive and negative changes
  • Understanding of Google Analytics and CRM systems such as HubSpot and Salesforce
  • Understanding and ability to provide forecasts to validate opportunities
  • Google Data Studio and data visualisation
  • Knowledge of Google Tag Manager and implementation of conversion tracking
  • You have experience using landing page tools such as Unbounce, InstaPages, WordPress etc

It would be a bonus if:


  • Knowledge of wider marketing channels such as organic search, email, offline
  • An understanding of CRO or UX
  • Creative skills such as Photoshop or Illustrator

The salary range for this role is £30,000 – £40,000 dependent on experience.
