Aira has worked with Autotech Recruit since 2017 to help engage prospective candidates, using a combination of paid social, paid search and technical SEO support, as well as creating industry advisories and seeking out reactive opportunities to position the business as thought-leaders.
This work has resulted in a comprehensive technical audit of the website and tracking softwares, to ensure Autotech Recruit has the strongest possible foundation to be found online. Our work on social campaigns was quite new to the business, but has seen very successful results.
Aira’s work has resulted in an increased amount of leads, whilst reducing the cost per lead. Autotech Recruit have also noticed that the candidates coming through are of better quality. Year on year website traffic (from June 2017 – June 2018) is up by 50.2%, overall goal completions have increased by 13.4%, and organic traffic has seen a 33.3% increase in conversions.
